Refund policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

According to European legislation (Directive 2011/83/EU) and Portuguese law, you have the right to return any product within 14 days of receiving your order, without needing to provide a reason.

2. Return Conditions

For a return to be accepted, products must be returned:

Within 14 days of notification of the return
In their original condition, showing no signs of use, washing, or damage
With all labels and original packaging intact
LTC WEAR reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Products Ineligible for Return

Returns are not accepted for:

Customized or made-to-order products
Products with obvious signs of use or damage caused by the customer
Intimate hygiene items or underwear (for hygiene reasons)

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

Send an email to info@ltcwear.com with your order number and the reason for the return
Await our confirmation and shipping instructions
Send the product to the indicated address, properly packaged
Keep the shipping receipt

5. Return Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or was incorrectly shipped by us. In this case, LTC WEAR will cover the reshipping costs.

6. Refunds

After receiving and verifying the returned product, we will process the refund within 14 days. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Note: Original shipping costs are not refunded, except in the case of a defective product or our error.

7. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at info@ltcwear.com with photos of the product and packaging. We will proceed with product replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.

8. Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different size or product, you must return the original item and place a new order.
